AZTEK provides paint protection film (PPF) and related surface protection products for automotive and architectural applications, sold and installed through a network of certified installer partners. The Services include our public marketing website, quote and partner-application forms, an installer/admin portal, and a customer warranty lookup and registration flow.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business (for example, as an installer/partner), you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

You may browse the Services and submit a quote or partner inquiry for your own genuine business or personal use. You agree to provide accurate information in any form you submit (for example, the “Get your free quote” form) and to keep any account credentials confidential.

Installer and admin portal accounts are not self-service — they are created by AZTEK staff, typically after an installer partnership application has been reviewed and approved. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. A new installer account may be issued with a temporary password, which you must change before accessing the portal.

The admin and installer portals are restricted to authorized AZTEK staff and approved installer partners. Access is granted based on your account role, and you may only access the areas and data relevant to that role. Attempting to access another user's account or data outside your authorized role is prohibited.

• Provide accurate business, contact, and installation information.
• Only register a warranty using a genuine, unused product unit assigned to your account.
• Provide accurate customer and vehicle details when registering a warranty on a customer's behalf.
• Comply with all applicable laws and manufacturer installation guidance when installing AZTEK products.
• Keep your portal login credentials confidential and notify AZTEK promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

If a warranty has been registered on your behalf by an installer partner, you can look it up by verifying your phone number with a one-time passcode (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your registered phone number accurate and for keeping any OTP code confidential — do not share it with anyone else.

Warranty coverage, duration, and terms are tied to the specific product installed and are issued at the time of registration. These Terms govern your use of the Services to view and manage warranty information; they do not themselves define the product warranty's coverage terms, which are set out separately at the time of purchase/installation. The AZTEK name, logo, and all website content — including text, graphics, and design — are the property of AZTEK or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use AZTEK's branding or website content without our prior written permission, except as necessary to use the Services as intended.

We aim to keep website content — including product information, the installer directory, and insights articles — accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Product specifications and installer availability may change without notice.

The Services may link to third-party websites (for example, social media) and use third-party services (for example, Google's Geocoding service to support installer search). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites or services, and linking to them does not imply endorsement.

• Submitting false or fraudulent information through any form (including quote requests or warranty registrations).
• Attempting to access accounts, data, or portal areas you are not authorized to access.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services, including through automated scraping, excessive requests, or attempts to bypass security controls.
• Using the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

We aim to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including for maintenance or updates.
