Privacy Policy

AZTEK provides paint protection film (PPF) and related surface protection products for automotive and architectural applications, and operates a network of certified installer partners. This Policy covers the AZTEK website, the “Get your free quote” and partner-application forms, the installer/admin portal, and the customer warranty lookup and registration flow. It does not cover third-party websites we may link to, or an installer partner's own website or business systems.

We collect information in three ways: information you provide to us directly, information collected automatically as you use the Services, and information generated as part of a warranty registration performed by one of our installer partners on your behalf. Each is described below.

Depending on how you interact with us, this can include:

• Contact / quote requests: full name, phone number, email (where provided), city, car brand/model, and the product or project type you're interested in.
• Installer / partner applications: business name, contact person name, email, phone, business address, and years of experience.
• Warranty registration: your name, phone number, email and address (where provided), and vehicle details (registration/vehicle number, chassis number, make and model).
• Account credentials: an email address and password for installer and admin portal accounts.

When you use the Services, certain technical information is collected automatically, including your IP address, general device and browser information, and standard web server logs (pages visited and timestamps). We also record the IP address associated with an OTP (one-time password) request as part of verifying warranty lookups and preventing abuse.

We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising tracking scripts on the Services.

• To respond to quote requests and connect you with an appropriate certified installer.
• To review and process installer/partner applications, and to administer approved installer accounts.
• To register and verify product warranties, and to let you look up an existing warranty by phone (OTP) verification.
• To operate, secure, and maintain the website and portal, including preventing fraud and abuse.
• To send transactional communications — for example, installer account credentials, password reset links, and warranty confirmations.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Information submitted through the “Get your free quote” form is used to follow up with you about your inquiry and, where relevant, to route your request to a certified installer partner in your area. If you apply as an installer/partner through this same form, that submission is reviewed by AZTEK staff as part of our partner-approval process before any account is created.

Approved installer partners have a portal account used to manage assigned product inventory and to register warranties on behalf of their customers. An installer's business name, approximate location, and status may be shown to prospective customers through our “Find a Certified Installer” search, so that customers can locate a nearby partner.

When an installer registers a warranty on your behalf, we store the vehicle and installation details, the assigned product, a unique warranty code, and the warranty's issue and expiry dates. This information is used to let you verify and look up your warranty, and to support any future warranty-related service. You can access your registered warranties by verifying your phone number through a one-time passcode (OTP).

We use a small number of strictly necessary session cookies to keep you signed in to the installer/admin portal and to support the customer OTP verification flow. These cookies are required for the Services to function and are not used for advertising. We do not currently deploy non-essential tracking or advertising cookies.

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with:

• Installer partners, when a lead or warranty registration is routed to them so they can fulfill your request.
• Service providers who help us operate the Services — for example, our hosting/database provider, our transactional email provider, and Google's Geocoding service (used to calculate approximate installer distance for the installer-finder feature).
• Authorities, where required to comply with a legal obligation, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of AZTEK or others.

Account passwords are stored using industry-standard salted hashing, and password-reset links are single-use and time-limited. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services (for example, for the life of a registered warranty), and as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details in the “Contact Information” section below. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. The Services may link to third-party websites (for example, social media pages) that we do not control. We use Google's Geocoding service to support the installer-finder feature; your use of that feature is also subject to Google's own privacy practices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party site or service.

The Services are intended for business and vehicle-owner use and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under [Minimum Age]. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page; we encourage you to review it periodically.
